Commercial Director

Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR TANZANIA RESPONSIBILITIES: •Developing and implementing strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth. •Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on opportunities •Develop and maintain promotional material inventory of Point of Sale Material for indoor retail execution and outdoor visual sign system for the company brand. •Plan and coordinate Trade Shows; Farmers Days and Company sponsored exhibitions that promotes brand awareness and brand visibility. •Work collaboratively with the Commercial Team to develop campaigns, testimonials, Ambassadorial Program and new product development and introduction strategies. REQUIREMENTS: •BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus •Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role (10 years) •Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
