Job Description : Cluster Head Manufacturing Operations Location: Himachal Pradesh Qualification: B.E. Mechanical/Chemical is a must Industry: Chemicals/Paints/FMCG Only Offer Sal: 75 to 80 LPA Should have worked currently/previously in the Himachal belt Experience: 18 to 20 years in managing manufacturing operations for multiple plants across the locations. • Should have handled P&L and full operational responsibility for a cluster of manufacturing sites/plants. units & focus on the growth of revenue, profitability and delivery. • Strong exposure to modern manufacturing techniques such as TPM, Lean, TQM. • Well conversant with deployment of ISO/TS/EHS systems in production. • Exposure to problem solving techniques such as 7 QC tools, 8-D approach and should be able to drive production team towards Quality.
