Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR ABU DHABI top tier Finance Director to join a market leader within the manufacturing industry in the UAE – Abu Dhabi. It is important that you come from a manufacturing background, so you need not apply if you do not have this. As the Finance Director you will be responsible for: · Managing the finance team, instilling and inspiring excellent accounting practices and methodologies · Ensuring the budgeting, planning, and forecasting is accurate and timeous · Effective reporting on Property, Plant & Equipment · Interrogating the wrap rate, cost structure, and bill of materials for maximum economic efficiency As the Finance Director you will be/have: · Qualified ACCA, CA, CGMA, ACA · Started your career in the Big 4 and then moved into a Large International Manufacturing Organisation · Plant Controlling/Factory experience is ESSENTIAL, do not apply if you do not have this! · International experience · Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
