Supply Chain Head

Job Description : Head - Supply Chain INDIA - Pharma - API Responsibilities: • Demand Planning /Forecasting. • Supplier Management & Contract Management. • Develop and Implement a Supplier Management System ie Supplier Development, Performance Evaluation. • Develop Alternate Vendors to Manage Risk, Reduce Cost and Improve Service levels & Quality. • Forecast & Price Analysis Vis-a-Vis the Budgets and Generating the Trend Reports. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement • Managing Entire Supply Chain Cycle from Sourcing, Inventory Control & Logistics Management. • Ensuring Sourcing Strategy, Implementation of Supply Chain Processes. • Ensure Timely Servicing of RM's & PM's for API Divisions. Logistics Management • Handle End to End Import & Export logistics Including Custom Clearances. • Handling DCGI Registration for Imported API's, Finished formulations and NOC for Dual Nature excipients. • Negotiation and Finalisation of logistic /Freight Forwarder for India Dispatches for Various locations. Qualification & Experience: • A Chemical Engineering Graduate / M.Sc. / M.Pharma with MBA from premium institute(s). Diploma in Supply Chain Management with about 20-25 years. Experience in Supply Chain Management roles with in Pharma API & Manufacturing environment.
