Sales Manager

Job Description : SALES MANAGER UAE a major player in the logistics and transport sector, is looking for a Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates . Your role will be to grow the sales team potential, craft sales plans and justify those to plans to the upper management. Responsibilities : - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence - Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Profil recherché : - BS/MS degree in business administration or logistics field - Ability to work both independently and within a team - Extremely organized and detail oriented - Good Knowledge of the logistic in the Oil & Gas sector - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email - Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
