Sales Head

Job Description : SALES HEAD UAE FOR PLASTICS The newly designed Head of Sales role will take over the commercial responsibility of the polyethylene manufacturing division and become the senior role in the General Manager's leadership and management team. The right candidate will have exposure to all sides of the business as they will often need to wear multiple hats. This role will report directly to the GM. The Head of Sales will be responsible for all sales within the manufacturing division and have key influence over pricing strategy. The key focus will be to develop and execute a strategy to penetrate the European market whilst remaining profitable. A secondary focus will be to manage the local sales team who are currently selling up to 50% of the plant’s capacity. Success in this role could easily pave the way towards a regional leadership position or General Manager. - experience selling one or all of the following: PE laminations films PE shrink/collation films PE shrink/stretch hood films General purpose PE films - experience selling to European market - Primary focus will be European markets so experience in selling there is a big plus 15+ years experience - you must already be working in the Plastics industry
