Job Description : KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER UAE Key Account Manager will be responsible to achieve consumer & truck tire sales and profitability targets of Continental Middle East by managing and developing partners (importers) in defined countries / areas in line with the company strategy. This role will require to participate in the definition & execution of sales strategy in the market, drive customer satisfaction and balance the needs of the partners and Continental's targets. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE · Bachelor's Degree · Min. 8 years of Sales Experience · Project management experience · Business plan definition, implementation & follow-up · Language: English (fluent) REQUIREMENTS · Business acumen & commercial awareness · Excellent communication (presentation) & negotiation skills · Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills · Strategic thinking & decision making · Team player & collaborative attitude · Financial knowledge - P&L understanding · Proficient in MS Office 365 tools (especially MS Excel) POSITION DESCRIPTION · Execution of sales plan and strategies to build & develop strong partnership with importers · Preparation of sales forecast & follow-up of sales development in responsible market · Analysis of costs KPI and sales efficiency · Analysis of industry and market data · Responsible for sales operations - preparation of contractual commercial conditions, pricing negotiations · Activation of new accounts in line with company strategy · Internal coordination of support functions & channel activation orchestration with partners · Support on coaching & mentoring of sales teams of partners · Provide regular sales visits & provide business consultancy to partners
