Job Description : CAPEX INVESTMENTS MANAGER UAE 10+ years experience as Financial Analyst in a comparable role. Knowledge in Telecommunications Industry, namely in Capex Management functions Responsibilities: Evaluation of the financial impact of proposed Capex Investments in close coordination with Capex requisition owners, in order to ascertain the potential respective financial benefits of such initiatives; Support the End Users (particularly Engineering and IT) in the development of Business Cases for Capex investments, considering all relevant Financial metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR, Cash flow, P&L, etc.) In the budgeting stage, support the project prioritization and capex validation together with the P&C and end user teams, regarding investments to be incurred throughout the year; Support the execution of the Capex Investment Committee (CIC) meetings Undertake strategic cost analysis to support the business decision process for future investments, in particular network investments and infrastructure sharing with competitors. Participate in various cost committees, benchmarking exercises to support Etisalat in enhancing its bottom-line, as required by the top management. Provides financial support to Adhoc task assigned by management.
