Marketing Head

Job Description : MARKETING HEAD UDAIPUR, INDIA FOR BUILDING MATERIALS Head of Marketing to develop, design & execute innovative marketing strategies for their customers, working in close coordination with the sales team, Product team, SCM team and Production team. This role is based out of Udaipur. Job Description The chosen candidate would directly report to the Director, and would be responsible for the following: o To Head the entire Marketing Vertical of the organisation, Pan India Marketing strategy and planning · To head all the campaigns for the company on a Pan India level · Responsible for Traditional Marketing & Digital Marketing activities · Custodian for ATL, BTL and brand launches and activations · Market and Competitor Research · Work closely with Sales & Product teams for identifying new products, their pricing and positioning in the market vis-à-vis the competition · Responsible for customer satisfaction and customer centricity · To understand the shopper behaviour on a pan - India level in order to strategize and execute all the IN-STORE marketing · To work in close coordination with the sales team to influence shopper behaviour · To work in coordination with the sales teams to ensure excellent experience for the consumer · Identifying newer opportunities/avenues/channels for sales growth · To effectively plan, execute and measure various channel initiatives · To effectively communicate the channel initiatives and their outcomes with internal and external stakeholders · Getting the correct customer feedback in order to define strategies for improvement · Keeping the customers engaged through surveys etc The Successful Applicant A successful candidate MUST have: · 20-25 Years of experience in Building materials / FMCG / FMCD Industry · Experience in Sales · Experience in Marketing on a Pan India level · MBA degree (Full Time)(with BTech Preferred) · Good commercial understanding and consumer orientation · Knowledge of Sales Systems & Processes, product categories & channels Experience in using Analytics for data-based decision making
