Job Description : SALES MANAGER DRC FOR FMCG Responsibilities • Drive sales to new and existing client base, sustain and enable rapid revenue growth and work closely with the leadership team in executing sales strategies successfully • Accountable for the entire credit granting sales process, including the periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the credit worthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and revenue maximization • Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives • Ensure execution of marketing calendar activity including new product launches and seasonal promotions • Preparation of sales plan, proposals, pricing offers • Facilitate team meetings to discuss key activities for the upcoming week with the SDRs, review selling objectives, progress vs plan • Measure department performance with appropriate metrics • Manage relations with top performing clientele • Manage relations with finance department Desired Candidate Profile • Around 8+ years of working experience with hardcore sales. • Master’s in business management in sales • Be willing to periodically travel to visit customer • Have considerable experience with customer negotiations • Works in a fast-paced office environment • IT driven and strong data analysis skills
