Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR DUBAI Must have experience working as Operations Manager or Director of Sales in Five Star Property · Responsible for handling overall operations of different departments Guest Service, Front Office, Reservations and Revenue, Housekeeping and Engineering · Manage departments and build a good team ethos driven to achieve results · Take daily updates from Guest service associates, Reservations Executives, Operations coordinator and ensure all departments are running smoothly · Responsible for taking interviews · Manage departments and build a good team ethos driven to achieve results · Be able to work towards a budgeted EBITDA Contribute to management meetings Desired Candidate Profile · Experience 10 to 15 years in hotel industry · Must have experience in 5 star property · Candidates having experience in managing a facilities management business or maintenance business with a hospitality back ground could also work Perks and Benefits · Salary of between 17,500 and 22,500 AED · Quarterly Bonus based on achieving KPI as per company policy of up to 50% of the · quarterly Salary. · Mobile phone and Sim Card · Company Laptop
