Sales Director

Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR UAE leading consumer goods manufacturer in the UAE. They are looking for a Sales Director to join their team. This position will be responsible for leading and directing the global sales function and efforts to achieve the company's sustainable and profitable growth through new market penetration, locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities : -Supervises regional sales managers. -Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results. -Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products. -Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand. Requirements: -University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related filed. -11-13 years of experience in a similar work environment with at least 5 years in senior managerial role in a large organization. - in depth knowledge of market trends, new sales methodologies, trade laws, global awareness, international cultures and customs.
