Job Description : VP TRADE FINANCE UAE The ideal candidate would be a part of the global leadership team reporting to the Group COO, taking full responsibility for the factoring P&L in each market, including budgeting, risk assessments and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: ? · Building local organizations in multiple countries, including hiring country managers, sales and operations teams, implementing our operating model in all markets, and pioneering sustainable growth from day 1 · Defining KPIs and continuously monitoring the performance of operating units and analyzing improvement levers · Creating, managing, and participating in action plans for country operatives to react to the market/competition and winning market leadership. · Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and finance to develop a product roadmap, sales strategy, and operations · Define product and risk management features and have them implemented across core products. Skills Required: · At least 15 years experience and 5 years working experience in the UAE and strong knowledge about trade finance globally · Strong desire to be in an execution-oriented role where you have to wear multiple hats · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, International Trade or Law from a reputed University, Business, or Law School. MBA would be a plus, but not required · Truly entrepreneurial attitude, driven, restless personality, and a strong desire for growth · Exceptional managerial and analytical skills with the ability to work and manage in fast-paced and dynamically changing environments · Self-starter who can work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment · Highest level of business acumen and commercial awareness
