List our full range at the distributor • Collections, to have the account rolling avoiding order halt. Ensure all documentation is done before invoices are due to avoid holds • Have real time market information and counter by cutting deals to secure volumes • Conduct Market Survey to counter competition • Have a good relationship with the distributor to get information and keep monitoring activities at the distributor • Stock check to avoid expiries and returns. Regularly check on expiries, and control damages by ensuring stock rotation is done by the distributor
