Job Description : Category Manager, Soap / Personal Care KL,MALAYSIA This role is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level with PIL Group. Job Description: · Key responsibilities include strategy development and execution · Using market intelligence for product pricing to ensure target revenue is met · Ensure regular analysis of internal and external business data / reports to develop actionable insights · Provide insights to NPD & manufacturing team with regards to product development · Monitor, review, identify and expand distribution channels to drive sales and new market penetration · Develop and manage short and long-term budgets for the category Requirements: · MBA / Degree in International Business or equivalent from a reputable institute · Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in international export · Candidates with work exposure in Africa and / or experience in handling African markets will be preferred · Willing to travel extensively across different markets · Preferably from Soaps / Detergent background · Knowledge of French/Arabic/Portuguese will be an added advantage
