Production Manager

Job Description : Injection Moulding Production Manager Far East Location for a rapidly expanding, international, manufacturer of technical moulded components. The Production Manager will be a key member of the site and will be responsible for leading the day to day manufacturing activities. Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience of working within Asia, with an understanding of the cultural dynamics of this region. The ability to speak some Mandarin would be beneficial. You will take responsibility for the entire production facility, consisting of over 200 moulding machines and associated automation & tooling. Lead daily planning and performance meetings in order to set out clear objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency optimization.
