Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO for one of India’s largest Infrastructure development companies. The incumbent would be responsible to head the entire corporate finance function while ensuring compliance with corporate and external guidelines. This is a far-reaching role which includes oversight on finance controllership, corporate accounting, tax planning, fund raising, working capital management, and stakeholder management amongst others. Candidates with in-depth understanding of project/infrastructure finance, successful track record of raising funds would be a good fit. Prior experience covering roads sector is an added advantage.
