Job Description : GM OMAN FOR PACKAGING OPERATIONS Support the business in increasing the customer base & strengthen the overall product portfolio Reviewing the operational practices, quality failures for qualitative improvement & cost effectiveness Ensure all packaging material meets safety & quality requirements of the customers Lead cost optimization projects/measures through introduction of new products/packaging material Performing vendor selection, product trial and its validation for cost out and raw material flexibility Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development Managing quality assurance Establishing production with SOPs in place and ensuring jobs are executed as per the SOPs Coordinating with suppliers and customers for the developments · Proven work experience as a Senior Level Position · Experience managing a high performance team · Strong communication and team management skills · Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude · Availability to travel as needed · Graduate in any stream with PG in Management. 15 to 20 years of experience
