Financial Controller

Job Description : FC JABEL ALI, UAE 15-18 years experience · Supervise the day to day functioning of finance department and deliverables by respective team members · Working closely with CFO or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings · Oversee the financial operations of Oren ME and her subsidiary companies · MIS reports Daily, monthly & annual · Debt management and collections · Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations · Payroll processing · Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, regular budget consolidation & cash flow management · Oversee the financial Audit of the group from preparation to signing. · Report financial results to CFO with timely and accurate financial information · Compliance & Risk Management · Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile. · Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements · Report risk issues to the CFO · Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations · Observe and adhere Financial Standards, procedures and create healthy working for the team
