Head of Finance and Operations

Job Description : Head of Finance & Operations : Abu Dhabi Asset Management a must • Leading Stock Investment Company Provide strategic direction and support in the long-term financial management and development of all services • Support the Director to ensure financial/business risks are identified and managed • Review operational processes to identify areas of improvement and maximise efficiency • Ensure efficiencies identified by the Finance and Business teams are implemented • Support the team to ensure services are appropriately funded • Ensure benefits from the digital transformation programme are realised in the longer term • Report on financial performance and business KPI's with clear analysis and actions identified • Drive profitability and identify strategic areas to improve performance • Develop business cases for organic and new business growth to support the strategic aims • Create, plan and execute project work plans to achieve commercial objectives of the directorate • Lead and manage the team to ensure that business needs are met • Oversee compliance teams to ensure the directorate operates in line with policies and procedures Experience and Qualifications: • ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
