Operations Manager

Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER (FMCG)- DAR ES SALAAM,* HR World limited on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in FMCG Industry . RESPONSIBILITIES: •Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping •Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals •Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints •Track long term sales data •Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams •Serve as liaison between teams and upper management •Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods •Monitor and assist with customer retention •Assist with the account management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Proven experience (6 years) in a managerial role and 15+ years in FMCG operations •Strong communication skills •Ability to work well in groups •Ability to multi task
