Job Description : National Sales Manager DUBAI FOR FMCG • NATIONALITY – INDIANS Preferred • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE – 8 – 12 Years in Sales Job Summary Responsible for developing & execution of Sales strategies in line with the overall strategy/ AOC for region. Deliver superior business results with a highly capable & engaged team. Duties & Responsibilities • Lead regional sales team to deliver superior business results (Value, Volume Distribution (WD/ND) and Share. • Lead Regional Retail P&L and Formulating short/long term strategy plans including defining the sales growth blue print • Conduct business reviews demonstrating understanding of market, category, and consumer trends Merchandising, selling with the right equipment, tools. manpower, call coverage and frequency, stock replenish etc. • Lead and Implement regional sales IS. market data analysis sales planning and budget planning functions • Partner HR to upgrade infra-structure and capability of field of the region with effective recruitment, training and success plans for execution excellence • Develop JBP with Regional Customers, leverage Category Management Principles.
