Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) East Africa A reputed organisation - part of a large Group, with its operations in many East African countries, wishes to hire a seasoned professional for this position. The person should be an engineer with MBA with rich hands-on experience of working in a Cement / Industrial Lime organisation at a senior level, with minimum 3 - 6 years should have been as Profit Centre Head. And 20+ years in manufacturing preferably cement African experience not mandatory Mature, hands-on and a person with ability to take challenging targets and achieve them with & through the team. Apart from managing Operations, the person will also be required to function as Business Head which would entail managing other functions in addition to the operations. The person will be technically sound with strong leadership abilities. The position reports to Group Chairman. The person should be in the age group his 42 - 50 yrs.
