Procurement Manager

Job Description : PROCUREMENT MANAGER DRC 8-10 years experience · Driving cost reduction and mitigating risk across all procurement operations · Developing key supplier relationships and establishing new frameworks for new supplier selection and performance evaluation · Providing subject matter expertise across all key procurement areas (Packaging, Raw Materials and Indirect) · Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of procurement professionals · Provide industry insight into new innovations in packaging, ingredients and raw materials to support on new product development Desired Candidate Profile Candidates should have minimum 5-7 yrs of experience in Procurement with FMCG Industry. · Experience in sourcing a wide range of products and services covering raw materials, ingredients, packaging and indirect. · Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations including Supply Chain, Import/Export and Distribution. · Effective communications skills and internal & external stakeholder relationship management
