Senior Commercial Director

Job Description : SENIOR COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR MENA Within an expanding into Europe pharmaceutical organisation, the Senior Director Commercial EMEA will hold responsibility for the commercial business strategy and implementation. This includes strategy deployment for launch readiness and delivery, according to agreed metrics. Collaborating across a multi-disciplinary team and in non-direct countries with partners, the role is on the critical path for driving the commercialization for a new launch in the EU region. Job Description Your Scope · Aligned with global product strategy and maximises for patient access and commercial impact, plan, develop, and execute commercial plan across markets. · Set up and manage a network of exclusive commercial distributors in non-direct countries in the region. · Enable the coordination across commercial, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, finances, compliance. · Evaluation of productivity and efficiency of commercial organization lead commercial operating model strategic thinking across markets - directly or in close collaboration with partners. · Prepare for growth in EMEA with evolving plans: commercial KPI's benchmarking, business plan, sales plans, and forecasting models, marketing tactics, etc. · Partner for all global Business development opportunities assessment in the region The Successful Applicant Who You Are · 10+ years' experience in life sciences, start-up, biotech or pharma industry, in marketing/commercial function · Demonstrated track record in the pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations space within the big 5 EU markets/EMEA. · Regional or Single -market level commercial operational exposure · Knowledge in distributorship across wide spread of international markets · Orphan disease /rare disease experience is an advantage. · Good understanding of commercial, IP and regulatory process You possess transactional readiness "hands-on" mindset combined with solid strategic thinking and capacity to execute strategy in a variety of business environment in EMEA region. As a self-starter possessing strong drive, you are able to take the initiative and lead projects across unchartered territories. You are familiar in bringing in the expertise within the organization and working cross-functionally.
