Job Description : Head - Group Corporate - Accounts, Taxation - Mumbai one of the leading Real Estate & Infrastructure Groups in India. The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): As Head - Group Corporate Accounts, Taxation and Finance handling a) Overall responsibility for Group Corporate Accounts b) Direct and Indirect Tax matters - Compliance and Tax planning c) Funds management and banking operations management d) Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable management e) System and processes / SAP f) Consolidation of Accounts of various groups / companies The Person (Candidate Details): Experience i) Age : 40 - 45 yrs ii) C.A. iii) Experience as Head - Group Corporate Accounts, Taxation and Finance / Financial Controller for minimum 5 years of an operation Rs.500+ cr. iv) Experience of working in Real Estate / Infrastructure organizations. v) Strong Leadership and Organization Skills vi) Project Management skills vii) Excellent Communication and People skills Work Experience: 15 yrs TO 22 yrs
