Job Description : PURCHASE MANAGER NIGERIA Oil & Gas producing company based in Nigeria for ongoing operations require Sr. Buyer - Chemicals having experience of min 15 years in buying of Chemicals used in Oil & Gas operations. Basic Qualification: Graduate Engineer with MBA (Preferred) Position is based in Lagos, Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Identify and consolidate chemical requirement in consultation with the user group Develop Min-Max level of Chemical inventory based on Consumption and delivery lead time Develop new vendors for supply of chemicals Issue RFQ Perform commercial evaluation Negotiate prices and commercial terms and conditions Award purchase order as per the company policy Purchase order life cycle management Expedite for timely delivery Collaborate with customs and finance teams for Seamless logistics and payment processing Interact with internal and external stakeholders. Comply with audit requirements Issue resolution Evaluate Vendor Performance Reporting/MIS Proficiency in Sourcing/ERP System (Preferred)
