Job Description : SOURCING AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER THAILAND at one of the most respected global electronics manufacturer firms based in Pathum Thani. About the Sourcing and Procurement Manager Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for sourcing and procurement strategic actions to ensure quality, volume and value to align with organisation both short and long term plan. The salary offered is competitive with bonus and provident fund. Key Responsibilities: · Being a sourcing and procurement lead person in commercial negotiations with vendors and suppliers on strategic supply chain activities · Maintaining item attributes and all other activities relating to commodity management · Being a focal point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders with regards to pricing and mitigating material risks · Reviewing material procurement strategies by business partnering with Purchasing Managers to ensure cost efficiency and leverage supply management · Following up on schedules and timelines in ensuring that the RFQ requirements are met in a timely manner · Ensuring all RFQ proposals are the most competitive and correctly done in a timely manner and meeting all requirements and ensuring that all RFQs are done in a competitive manner and are profitable · To lead and coach team on daily operations to ensure smooth process To succeed in the Sourcing and Procurement Manager job, you will need to have tat least three years experience in sourcing and procurement in electronic , PCB or similar industries. Key Requirements: · Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering- Electronics or related filed · Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders · Strong problems solving and initiatives · Have working knowledge of supply base and a reasonable level of supplier contacts · Lead and motivate the team to carry out their functions to meet the company objectives · Knowledge in sourcing electronics parts
