Regional Operations Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER IVC an International Commodity Management Firm. About the role: The position is based in Ivory Coast but will require travel across West Africa. The successful candidate will manage the logistics division of dry goods, which includes onshore warehousing service, freights and procurement. The company is a Maritime Logistic Company that focuses on West Africa, and covers warehousing, bagging, and trucking. Must have West and Central African experience. Responsibilities: · Manage warehouse inventory and stock · Administrative tasks regarding incoming shipments of bulk cargo · Liaise with head office · Liaise with clients · Liaise with port and freight forwarding agents · Daily reporting · Coordinate with legal official · Development of in country teams Candidates Requirements: · Extensive experience in inventory and warehousing management · Extensive experience in inventory management systems · Degree in Engineering and/or Logistics and Supply Chain · English on a professional level · French (moderate) · IT proficiency · Ability to manage in country teams
