Operations Director

Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR DUBAI The Operations Manager (OM) shall be responsible for the entire PMC division and shall look after the day to day aspects. OM will monitor all projects and represent the Company in Client meetings Maintain client relationships Oversee project progress along with the SPM/PM Oversee project costs (internal and external) Prepare and submit proposals for new projects Review and conclude Client Contracts Monitor staff deployment on projects Mentor and guide the team members to deliver their respective roles on each project Monitor all QA/QC aspects of the company and projects to ensure the efficiency of project delivery Location: Based in Dubai, UAE but willing to travel between GCC depending on project requirements Education background: Engineering or Architecture from a renowned university Previous experience: 15+ years in a PMC/Consultant experience in GCC, preferably UAE Age group: 40-50 years of age Reports to: Managing Director
