Deputy General Manager

Job Description : DEPUTY GM SINGAPORE FOR LOGISTICS Fast-growing 3PL service provider is recruiting for an experienced logistics operations professional to join their start-up team here in Singapore. Job Description The Deputy GM will be managing logistics partners, fulfilment, customs clearance teams to deliver on-time delivery shipment and escalations from the operations team and external customers. This role will be assessing the workflow and map & implement the SOPs to build higher efficiency and productivity amongst the team, root cause analysis for all escalations, developing solutions and driving cost savings for the organisation. Ideally, the Deputy GM will be customer oriented and build/maintain good relationships with the key customers. The Successful Applicant · Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science or related field · Minimum 10 years in-house logistics management experience or with a 3PL · Leadership / direct people management experience
