Head of Treasury and Financial Control

Job Description : Head, Treasury and Financial Control Location: Port-Harcourt I am currently speaking to finance professionals for a leading downstream oil and gas company in Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have; -Experience in foreign operations, Banking operations and Investment. -Setup processes to determine funding requirements. -Can formulate and implement financial modelling techniques. -Strong capabilities in financial planning and analysis, debt and equity structuring, budgeting, reporting and accounting operations. -Detailed knowledge of Accounting, Internal audit and controls. - Minimum of 10 years relevant experience out of which 4 years must have been in a senior or managerial role. (Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) or its equivalent). -Experience of statutory financial reporting and knowledge of GAAP, IFRS
