Audit Manager

Job Description : AUDIT MANAGER KENYA FOR FMCG Roles and Responsibilities · Prepare & develop the guidelines and policies for internal controls and risk management including Compliance Manual, Compliance Templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other related manuals · Prepare the Audit schedule in close coordination with CFO and execute the Audits for Manufacturing Plants, Branch Offices, Hub Depot etc · Analyze and identify the gaps / loop holes and discuss findings with Senior management and suggest the mechanism for correction. · Review the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to management · Executing loss/fraud investigations to calculate existing control weaknesses and determining the amount of loss · Scanning potential causes for major errors, the associated implication on business and the control issues required to mitigate the losses Desired Candidate Profile · CA / ICWA / Inter CA with 8+ years of Audit Experience in a manufacturing company · Should be able to handle audit independently · Must have knack for details and a go getter · Good at written and oral English Perks and Benefits Net Savings around $1500 + Local Salary (Food) + Fully Furnished Family accommodation + Family status + School Fees + Car + All expat benefits
