National Sales Manager

Job Description : a multinational company in Automotive Aftermarket business seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Morocco to manage regional/territory managers. The candidate will be responsible to manage new & existing customers and negotiate terms of sale. The candidate will also be responsible to find new potential distributors. Supervise & coach local sales team. Coordinate cross-functional teams to respond quickly to customer problems. Take product and technical training periodically. Closely track AR performance. Actively participate in company marketing activities. Manage the territory costs effectively. Candidate must have a University degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Experience in customer relationship management, project management. At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and logistics in automotive and/or industrial aftermarket.
