Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER UAE Job Description: 1. Business Development into assigned international market. 2. Engage with distributors to stock use and expand current business. 3. Working with Head-office for the development of brand engagement in marketing activities. 4. Manage and grow business by effective pitching & networking. 5. Ensure complete understanding of local market along with International Payment terms and local laws of importing countries. 6. Assist Exports Head in the development and implementation of overall Exports business plans. 7. Work closely with the back end team to provide service to his customers. 8. May required traveling into different cities to build business. 9. Must be able to do product related market research and create new leads and provide projections. 10. Well versed with Architects and Contractors as need to target specification business . Good Analytical Skills, Creative thought process, High Execution Focus, Good Interpersonal skill, Aggressive and Self Start, Negotiation, Ability to analyze market competition and foresee an environment, Go getter attitude, Result oriented and receptive to new ideas, Initiative drive and passion must have total experience of 8-10 years and have worked into same or similar industry like bathroom/paint/tiles/toilet cubicles /HPL/Soild Surface /PLY Wood industry or allied building material industry.
