Job Description : Procurement Manager / Civil Infrastructure QATAR Description: Procurement Engineer Qualification BSc Civil Engineer degree. Mega Project Experience. Min. 12 Years’ experience, in which the last 5 were in procurement works with Main. Contractor including packages preparation, clarifications with the tenderers, comparison preparation and value engineering evaluation. Ability to lead change in the organization. Ability to implement purchasing protocols and deploy purchasing software. Infrastructure and roads experience is a must. Excellent command of English Readily available on Doha Qatar with transferable IQAMA
