Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER ANGOLA A leading player in the Food and Beverage industry, is looking for a Production Manager to join their organisation. Key requirements are as follows: - Must have extensive experience as a Production Manager working with Mayonnaise and Tomato Sauce - Must be a qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer - Portuguese speaking is a desired requirement KPA's - You will be responsible for the planning, directing and coordinating of all work activities and resources necessary for the smooth operating of the factory in Angola - You will develop strategies and ensure production goals and standards are met whilst ensuring minimal manufacturing costs - Produce production schedules for the factory in accordance with sales requirements - Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained - You will also manage and supervise operators and supervisors/technicians handling performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals.
