Job Description : CFO for Manufacturing FMCG Company NIGERIA seeking an Outstanding CFO to work for an innovative expanding company. Candidate must haves: -Strong treasury management experience and will be responsible for corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company’s financial activities. - Knowledge of one or more of the following - raising capital from DFIs, grant raising for organization initiatives/projects, and commercial capital raising. -The skills needed to win over the confidence of current and future investors/lenders. Also, experience and ability to get new lenders to participate in off-balance sheet structures. -Will understand and have experience of managing the loan book well. Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment -Will have experience of maintaining banking relationships and arranging for equity financing and debt financing, and CBN / BOI / BOA liaison experience Criteria -Bachelor degree specializing in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration -Strong leadership and management skills, with multicultural awareness and comfort working with people of diverse backgrounds. 20+ years experience
