QA/QC Engineer

Job Description : Lead QA/QC Engineer UAE Job Summary: Management of Project QA/QC activities, Review of ITPs, procedures, MTS, Vendor documents etc., raising RFIs and arranging client approval of QA/QC activities/documents. Qualifications § Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering. § Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in similar field Responsibilities / Authorities (Brief): Development and Implementation of Project Specific Quality Plan, Procedure, ITPs, Work Instructions and Quality Control plans. Handling all QAQC activities including day to day planning and organizing Inspection and testing activities at Vendor/site. Knowledge and experience of developing QA/QC DC procedures. Independently handling Project QAQC Activities. Identifying NCRs/Defects/Snags/Punch Points and Follow-up with construction team for effective Corrective & Preventive action on the same. Managing and monitoring of all QA/QC Records (Inspection Requests (RFIs), In-word Material Inspection Reports (IMRIs), Materials & Installation Inspection Check sheets, Test Records, NCRs, Snag lists etc.) as per project requirements.
