Job Description : Regional/Country lead for Nigeria Ghana based at Nigeria to handle both the countries. Budget: USD 50,000 per annum The primary responsibility for the role will be: • To execute the vision, strategic and general management skills necessary to build our brands and market share in the region of operation. • To achieve the targeted business results including growth on top line and EBIDTA targets, overall P & L management and delivery as defined in the performance management process • Drive profitable growth year on year by significantly outperforming the covered market in therapy area. • Ensure Brand Development & Market Share Growth. • Drive regulatory process for both current and new registration and filings in the territory
