Job Description : CEO DUBAI To oversee Operations/Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and HR Teams responsible for developing and delivering the Company’s Strategy through driving initiatives and proactively providing commercial insights and management information that align with the mission and vision of company for effective resources allocation. Role objective – The role envisages heading and driving the F&B, Agro & FMCG complete business “end to end”, which includes all Commercial aspects, Operations control, Procurement of raw material, production planning and monitoring, Sales & marketing, cost-efficacy and P&L etc. The primary objective of the role is to turn around the business & steer it to be the best in the industry. Industry · FMCG, F&B, AGRO Qualification Bachelor’s degree in related field with MBA Over 20 years’ experience, with a minimum of 18-20 years’ executive-level experience in managing people and resources. Skills : People Management Business Development Business Strategy & operation Sales/Customer focus Supply Chain Management Product Development New business & Market dynamics strategy Business Planning International Business and Operations Experience Requirements:- · Previous experience in a reputable manufacturing and distribution company is highly desired · Experience in management, operations, and leadership. · Experience and qualifications in health and safety management. · Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management. · Ensure on-time, or ahead of time delivery of projects, enabling your teams to solve problems and prioritize execution. · Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. · Successfully deliver large, design-build, and self-performed projects. · Promote a safe and quality-driven culture, both project and company-wide. · Excellent communication skills. · Possess strong leadership ethos, Influence and the ability to manage a multi-sector workforce and a variety of work situations · Deep appreciation and understanding of strategic capital planning, management and optimization. Strong sense of creative cost management initiatives and ideas · Sound knowledge of core corporate governance practices. Proven experience of dealing with diverse board and balancing different interest. · Exhibits confidence and professional diplomacy, while effectively relating to people at all levels internally and externally. · Proven ability to ensure balancing of the interests of the organisation’s stakeholders, such as senior management executives, customers, suppliers, financiers, the government, and the community · Must be able to evaluate statistical and other business reports · Must possess excellent communication skills. Advocacy and presentation skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and of meeting statutory requirements. Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the members and employees. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
