Job Description : Cost Control Engineer QATAR Qualifications & Skills; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPIC Projects with a good understanding of Cost Engineering. Certification from a relevant International Organization preferred. Broad, multi-discipline knowledge and experience of cost engineering for Oil and Gas EPIC projects. Adept at the preparation of budget & Earned Value Reports. Proficient in the use of Primavera and Costing Software.
