20 yearsJob Description : HEAD SALES -BOPET Job Title: Head Sales -Bopet Location: Lagos Salary: offshore + Local Accommodation: Bachelor multinational company is urgently seeking to hire a qualified and cost-conscious professional to fill the open position of Expatriate Sales & Marketing. Principal Accountabilities: • Marketing of budgeted volume of the products at competitive prices to meet organizational target of revenue, profitability and growth • Ensure the development and implementation of a marketing strategy • Ensure the establishment and maintenance of an appropriate sales and distribution strategy and network to provide high level of service to customers • Formulate and getting approved an appropriate pricing policy to meet competitive challenge while ensuring profitability • Monitor customer complaints and take necessary action to avoid recurrence of same in future. • Ensure a positive image of the company is presented to the relevant stakeholders through proactive branding and relationship building activities • Meet existing customers on a regular basis and take necessary actions at the production/sales stages as per the customer feedback • Regularly sense the market for an analysis of competitor products and highlight strengths of own products and services in comparison to competition • Ensure appropriate branding activities are taken up by the marketing teams. Monitor returns on these activities and take appropriate corrective action • Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported Qualifications and Skills: • BE (Preferred) & MBA (Marketing) from a reputed University / College • 20 + years of Industry exposure • Specific experience in the BOPET Films Sales Market is essential • +5 years of Global Leadership Experience
