Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD WEST AFRICA FOR AGRI The Business Head is a key position which is directly responsible for the implementation of the regional business road map. The incumbent will play a critical and extremely tangible role in delivering results. You will be controlling the execution of all processes, including managing the supply chain from producer to exports. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for inspiring your team, create ownership opportunities, and to deliver on the following key dimensions. Strategic Effectiveness Operational Effectiveness Organizational Effectiveness Desired Profile : - Excellent knowledge of the Agricultural landscape in the West Africa region and in the markets of operation and applies the knowledge to strategize, plan and implement business decisions. - Good knowledge of Agro Products Industry, competitors in the market and applies this knowledge to drive business strategies. - Good knowledge and application of business practices and procedures related to planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, allocation, and procurement of resources, budget and contracts to ensure fiscal stability and growth of the business. - Relevant experience in Agricultural Commodity sourcing, Trading, logistics -comprising end to end supply chain - Proven Communication skills - Result oriented Negotiation skills - Extremely good at data analysis and presentation - Good interpersonal skills Education: MBA from top B-School
