Job Description : Marketing Director(F&B), Dubai Salary negotiable - open to discuss - Develop and lead the execution of integrated strategies aimed at achieving customer acquisition, retention, churn, etc. across all channels (traditional or digital) - Identify growth opportunities and identify potential markets - Closely work and align strategic initiatives with internal departments and stakeholders - Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts - Develop budgets and P&L projections - Keep updated with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices Requirements - Bachelor’s degree, with at least 10 years’ experience in Integrated Marketing - Proven background in the Food/F&B/Restaurants sector - Solid knowledge and experience in delivering brand, marketing, and communication strategies - Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset - Confident, driven, innovative, and a dynamic leader - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
