Job Description : GM OPERATIONS SRI LANKA FOR PHARMA 20-25 years experience Responsible for Production planning and execution of orders, work in progress, statement preparation, inventory control, manpower planning and Recruitment. - Assist to over look all the utility flow Diagrams, installations of mechanical and piping arrangement during commissioning, BOQ's - Adequate knowledge to carry out the installation of all HVAC Equipment and utility systems like Boilers WFI, CIP, SP Systems . - Operational hands on manufacturing facilities to resolve the trouble shooting during routine production plans . - Training and development of all concerned staff regarding new operational technologies, grievance handling / system data handling . - Facilitate to endure for reviews and compliance for routine monitoring of Batch Production - Co-ordinate with all Departments, engineering, productions, Quality Control and Quality Assurance on a regular basis .
