MEP QS Engineer

Job Description : MEP-Quantity Surveyor Engineer Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Should have experienced of Variations. Should have at least 8 years experienced in MEP QS and estimation. Solid computer skills are required EXCEL, MS WORD and related quantity surveying and estimation soft wares. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for take-off quantities trough drawings & specifications for pre-contract and post contract works. Preparation of B.O.Qs, Bills of Materials , Material re-conciliation reports Float the inquiries to the subcontractors / suppliers & preparation of comparison statements for the finalization & other purposes Preparation of sub-contractors agreements.
