Job Description : CFO BANGLORE, INDIA 25+ years experience Job Description : - Being a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will be responsible in planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the business. - The scope will include operational responsibilities such as day-to-day financial planning and analysis, resource allocation, deal analysis, business partner negotiations, cash flow management and risk management, and strategic responsibilities such as longer-term strategic planning and transformation projects. - The CFO will also hold the responsibility of Accounting, Tax and Regulatory Compliance. - Provide leadership in the establishment and implementation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. - Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance functions of the organization (FP&A, Business Control, Accounting, Tax, Credit). - Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities - Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. - Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
