Factory Manager

Job Description : FLOUR MILL MANAGER NIGERIA 1. The Mill Manager will be responsible for bringing the mill to maximum capacity and making sure that it is sustainable. 2. Oversee all aspects of production including; operational performance, quality assurance, production planning and labour management. 3. Work closely with the Engineering Manager in order to ensure prompt maintenance of the plant. 4. Liaise with suppliers and distributors ensuring that the mill is able to provide customers with products at all time. Required Candidate profile At least 7 years experience in rice ,wheat flour, corn flour milling is essential. Must have a proven background in mill management and operations. A minimum of a bachelors degree from a respected university. Previous international experience will be looked upon, favorably West Africa experience is preferable Perks and Benefits IV.
