Job Description : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC Monitors Subcontractors work schedule, safety performance and work quality. Interpersonal Skills: Tactful and mature demeanor who works well with diverse personalities. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Organizes and attends site meetings on Contractors and Suppliers quality and performance to ensure adherence to established standards. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules. Prepares regular reports on progress and requirements for labors, materials, machinery and equipment at the construction site. BE Civil/Electrical with 10-12 years of experience into construction activities for Transmission line projects
